  • Come As You Are (CAYA)

    6 weeks, 1 hour/week

    We will read through the book “Come As You Are” by Emily Nagoski, Ph.D and work through the affiliated workbook. Each week we will explore a different sexuality topic ranging from understanding female anatomy to normalizing self touch.

    Join me in discussing topics that society has traditionally ignored in education + let’s get real, open + curious about our shame and frustrations associated with sex + our bodies.

    A 12-week adventure connecting to your sexual self.

    My signature program is a holistic self-development journey exploring the 5 circles of sexuality through a trauma informed lens, coupled with embodiment practices.

    This is for the women who are ready to start exploring their sexual self in a safe space, with the support of other women on the same journey.

    3 - 60 minute sessions $575

    Transformation takes time for exploration + integration. My clients experience the most success when being held accountable for several weeks at a time. Rome wasn’t built in a day, nor will your confidence in your sexuality.

  • Education Session

    90 minutes $250

    This is if you are needing a stand alone coaching session that covers sexuality education + soul work and is focused on one specific topic or area.

  • Sacred Embodiment Mentorship

    (9) 60-minutes sessions with full Voxer support between sessions

    This is for those ready to say yes to exploring + embodying their highest, most expressed + authentic self with a 3 month sacred container. You will have private access to me between sessions and will have full access to all content + private offerings.
